This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Course Content, operated by TaskMesh.
By purchasing a subscription, plan, credit pack, or paid feature, you agree to this Refund Policy.
## 1. General policy
Because Course Content provides digital services and AI-generated content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or usage has started.
This includes:
* monthly subscriptions;
* annual subscriptions;
* one-off payments;
* credit packs;
* paid usage allowances;
* generated content;
* completed setup or onboarding work.
However, we will always consider refund requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer laws.
## 2. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but does not automatically refund past payments.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, unless stated otherwise.
## 3. Monthly plans
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If you cancel during a monthly billing period, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
## 4. Annual plans
Annual plan payments are generally non-refundable once the annual subscription has started.
Where required by law, or where we decide it is fair to do so, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
## 5. Free trials
Free trial is available and limited to 5 generations. Once used, the free trial will not charge you until you manually subscribe to the app.
## 6. Technical issues

We may offer support, fix the issue, extend access, provide credits, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds are not normally provided for temporary downtime, third-party outages, user error, poor internet connection, unsupported devices, or issues outside our control.
## 7. AI-generated results
AI-generated content can vary in quality and may require editing.
Refunds are not usually provided because:
* the generated caption was not exactly what you wanted;
* you chose not to use the generated content;
* the output required editing;
* the prompt or uploaded information was unclear or incomplete;
* the app produced results you personally disliked.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing it.
## 8. Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you believe you have been charged twice, charged incorrectly, or charged after cancellation, contact us at [Info@taskmesh.uk](mailto:Info@taskmesh.uk).
Where we confirm an error, we will refund the incorrect charge.
## 9. Account misuse or breach of terms
Refunds will not be issued where an account is suspended or terminated because of misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, breach of our Terms and Conditions, or attempted fraud.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
